THE GOURMET RESTAURANT


Personalised, our restaurant has two rooms (10/12 tables) plus the Harmonie room, independent, for entertaining business, family and friends meals (capacity 16 to 20 tables).
Special menus are designed on feastdays. For family, friends or business meals, the chef can design in consultation with you, your lunch or dinner menu according to your budget. We also accommodate groups (maximum 45 people). Please contact us!

The restaurant is closed every Tuesday evening and Wednesday except public holidays.

L'AUBERGE OFFERS YOU…

Its traditional catering prepared by our Chef Dominique, owner of the establishment. With your meals, we offer you a wine list, selected very carefully, primarily in our vineyards of 1st Côtes de Blaye and Côtes de Bourg. A judicious sampling is traditionally used.

A diversified menu delights each one:

> With the Chef's specialities from 11€ à 26,5€ :
Blanquette, calf's head with ravigote sauce, beef or duck émincé, fresh liver of pan fried duck with apples, and of course all dishes prepared according to the seasons: Asparagus of Blayaos (imbale, fondue, cassolette…), the lamprey… Our menu changes several times in a year.

> With its mixed salads from de 9 € à 18,6€:
Gourmets, Porch, warm goat's cheese and Blayaise prepared with the famous Blayaise andouillette, mellow and slightly scented with fennel.

> With its cold or hot starters from 7 à 15.80€:
Among others, the Délice (a medallion of duck foie gras, surrounded by lean pickled pork), special Marenne oysters or its soups (garbure, velouté, farmer…)

> With fish and shellfish according to the arrivals from 15 à 26.50€:
Roasted Cod pavé, pike perch filet, fish brochette accompanied with vegetable fondue (leeks, asparagus, endives, carrots, fennel…), eels with chopped parsley or in matelote, gamba or st jacques (scallops), lamprey in Blayaise…

> With its meats from 15.50 à 28.60€ : veal, duck, grilled or well done beef, as the “cordon-bleu” escalope

> Junior menu at 8.50€ or Petit Filou at 10€ which offers home cuisine to children

> Menu at 22.50€

> Buckwheat pancakes costing from 7 à 15€ are also offered: traditional, of regions, of country.

> For the desserts, ice-cream menus (cups or scoops) with traditional perfumes or such variations: lavender, violet, melon… And the Chef's daily suggestions for desserts.
